Eddie Hebert, Jr. earned his bachelor's of Finance degree from McNeese State University in 1987. After graduation, he accepted a position with one of the largest insurance and financial services company in the industry. After a successful career in personal production, he was offered an opportunity of recruiting, developing, and training individuals in a financial planning career track with the same company. His successful development and management of his staff opened up an opportunity for him to move to Houston to work with financial advisors in a major market.

After 13 years in management, he decided to open an independent agency in order to provide individuals, families and business owners world class products and services from some of the top companies in the industry. His mission of working with the public is to provide the best product to meet the individual needs of his clients.

Eddie has served on the Board of Directors for the Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau for the past 6 years. He has been involved in many positions of leadership for the Chamber during a very high growth period for the City of Kyle. (Vice President-2004, President-2005, Past President-2006) He is currently serving on Kyle's Economic Development Committee.

He is married to his wife of 18 years, Jill D. Hebert. They have two children, Andrew, age 12 and Gabrielle, age 9. He enjoys fishing and hunting and spending time with his family.

Jayme Schnautz earned her bachelor’s of science degree in Economics/ Marketing from Texas A & M University in May 1988. After a few years in wholesale marketing, Jayme obtained her General Lines (Life & Health, Property & Casualty) insurance license in July 1991. From 1991 – 2003, she remained active in the insurance industry performing contract work for various agents as an employee benefits enroller. In Jan 2003, Jayme went to work full-time for a Property & Casualty company. Her current position is a Customer Service Representative. She obtained her Property & Casualty license in July 2004. With her insurance licenses, Jayme is very active marketing various types of life, health, auto and homeowner policies. She also assists in the running of the day-to-day operations of a large property and casualty agency. Jayme has been an active member of Hays Hills Baptist Church since 1995. She currently coordinates the bible study dept for women’s ministries. She has served on the PTA Executive Boards of her children’s schools.
